How to access the Administration control panel
How to add, remove and administer Google Apps users
Adding and removing Google Apps and how to activate services for just some users at a school (e.g. for staff but not for teachers)
Adding and removing third party Apps from the 'Google Apps Marketplace'
Important settings to consider

Also for attendees who do not have access to a Google Apps Admin account I can create sample account for you on our test domain for you to practice on.
